| Title | U.S. Constitution Game |
| Description | Jason’s Idea - I'm thinking about a Foundations of American Board Game as well. I was thinking about using a hypothetical scenario based, problem solving board game as well. For example, students are faced with a problem at the beginning and must resolve. My imagination is viewing this as having various constitutional clauses on the board that students run into. This would probably be after an Article of Confed. discussion. In fact, I'm thinking they must use this knowledge of the weaknesses to make the right decisions on the board game, etc. Jack’s Idea – I would like to develop a game on the Constitutional Convention. The students are presented the same problems the Founders had (slavery, role of states, checks & balances, power of the President) and figure out the best way to compromise. If no compromise is reached then they cannot move forward on the board. I am not sure the background of the team but I would think we might have a weakness in the area of graphic artist.
